After more than 20 years of repairing bikes and working with cycling businesses, Jon took over Spokes in late 2024. Owning his own workshop was an opportunity too good to miss. Drawing on decades of experience and a genuine love of cycling, Jon's mission is simple: to keep the people of Chelmsfords riding, whether that's a quick repair, a major service, or expert advice.

Behind every great workshop is someone keeping everything running smoothly. As the heart of the Spokes team, she ensures the workshop stays organised, welcoming, and stocked with the essentials. From managing the shop side of the business to caring for the local wildlife, she brings warmth, dedication, and a smile to everything she does.

Easily the laziest member of the team, proudly maintaining a one-day-a-week work schedule. Productivity is not among his known strengths, but as Head of Complaints and Security, he's always ready to bark up the chain of command and investigate suspicious squirrels.
